Dirt Track Digest Comes to you LIVE from Super DIRT Week

BREWERTON, NY – Sept. 25 — Dirt Track Digest has long been a major presence at NAPA Super DIRT Week, and 2018 will be no exception. This year DTD is expanding its coverage from more than just photos, videos and stories with the addition of Dirt Track Digest Live from Oswego Speedway.

DTD Live will utilize the main stage near the media center to offer recaps of the racing action, exclusive interviews, and previews of the daily events at Oswego. Drivers and guests will be interviewed live, along with discussion of the various activities going on at NAPA Super DIRT Week XLVII. Fans are encouraged to attend as well. If you can’t make it to the track you can catch DTD Live via live stream on the DTD Facebook page on Friday, Saturday and Sunday — shared to the Super DIRTcar Series page as well.

Each day, veteran Northeast motorsports commentators Mike Mallett, Christ Marquart and Adam Ross will host the show with the possibility of some surprise guest hosts as well. The show will air for the first time on Friday, October 5 at 5 p.m., before moving to the morning time slot on Saturday and Sunday with a 9 a.m. start time.

“We are really excited about this new opportunity to play an even larger role at NAPA Super DIRT Week,” stated DTD’s Mallett. “We’ve wanted to do something more the last few years, and thankfully we were able to get this deal done with the cooperation of DIRTcar. I’m really looking forward to seeing what we can do.”

NAPA Super DIRT Week will kick off with early parking for campers at Oswego Speedway on Sunday, September 30. Tech inspection for all classes and competitors starts on Tuesday, October 2. On-track activities will begin shortly after the procession of cars through the streets of Oswego on Wednesday, October 3 at roughly 12 p.m.
