Purchase Tickets by Wed. for Free Pit Pass to Outlaws Races

 

WEEDSPORT, N.Y. – Sept. 12, 2011 – Fans looking for a behind-the-scenes experience with the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series or the World of Outlaws Late Model Series have until Wednesday to reserve their chance to see the drivers and crews throughout the races at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park during Super DIRT Week.

 

Fans who purchase tickets by Wednesday to the World of Outlaws Late Model Series race on Thursday, Oct. 6, or the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series event on Saturday, Oct. 8, will receive a free fan pit pass, allowing unprecedented access to World of Outlaws events at Rolling Wheels.

Dig Safely New York Increases Support: Long-time DIRTcar Racing and Super DIRTcar Series partner Dig Safely New York is expanding its sponsorship of Super DIRT Week XL events. Dig Safely, which is a major supporter of the last chance events, is adding bonus money to the DIRTcar Sportsman Modified and DIRTcar Pro Stock Last Chance races.

 

Also, in support of Dig Safely New York’s 811 campaign, which encourages residents to call 811 before digging in their yards, the eighth-place finisher and 11th-place finisher in the DIRTcar Pro stock race will be awarded bonus money.

For DIRTcar members the 5-day pit pass is $100, and for non-members the price is $130. DIRTcar members must call DIRTcar Northeast Headquarters at 315-834-6606 to confirm your license. Super DIRT Week Media Credentials: Media members who desire access to Super DIRT Week XL must apply for credentials no later than Friday, Sept. 21. Credential requests should be made by the supervising editor on company letterhead, indicate the medium represented, the area of access required and provide contact information (address, phone and e-mail). If approved, media members will receive a voucher that will need to be turned in and verified with photo ID at the Gate 6 ticket office to receive access.
