The second annual Quarter Midget & Microd Mania brought 80 cars between the two divisions and family fun to help kick off the official start of Super DIRT Week 52 on Monday.
Featuring the future stars of racing, ranging from ages 5 to 15, the event saw 14 classes of cars race in the infield of Oswego Speedway in front of a consistent large from the time they started their Heat Races at 3 p.m. to the end of the night at 9 p.m.
Each race brought a different kind of excitement with late race passes for the win, bumper to bumper racing and wild moves.
“The kids put on a great show for the fans and for those watching on DIRTVision,” said Nick Graziano, Sr. PR Manager for World Racing Group. “We really appreciate the support from the families that attended the event as it continues to grow each year.”
If you were unable to attend the Quarter Midget & Microd Mania, you can watch It on DIRTVision by signing up for a free account.
