Inclement weather forces cancelation of Modified practice at New York State Fairgrounds
NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week XLIII events at the Fairgrounds resume Thursday with time trials
SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Wednesday, October 8, 2014 – Today’s scheduled Big-Block Modified open practice at the New York State Fairgrounds has been canceled due to inclement weather.
NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week XLIII will kick off tonight at Weedsport Speedway in Weedsport, N.Y., with the DIRTcar 358-Modified Series and DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Series. Racing at the New York State Fairgrounds begins Thursday, Oct. 9, at 10 a.m. with Modified practice. Thursday’s action continues at “The Mile” with time trials for the Super DIRTcar Big Block Modified Series and DIRTcar 358-Modified Series before heading to Brewerton Speedway for the 22nd Annual “Hurricane 100.”
